Remedial Massage
​
Remedial Massage is a more targeted treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body. A treatment can include the use of a variety of techniques to help relieve pain and to assist in the management of injury, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, cupping and stretching.
Some of the problems that remedial massage can help with include headaches and migraines, lower back pain, sciatica, knee and ankle injuries, muscular pain, stiffness and injuries, reduced or restricted movement.​
