How do I find you?
We are located at 83 Main Road Boolaroo. Our building is orange and purple and you will find us on the block between Sixth Street and Seventh Street Boolaroo.
Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
Children are more than welcome here. However, please advise us upon booking that your children will be coming with you. Children must remain under your supervision whilst at our clinic.
Can we use our online vouchers for a group booking?
Our group bookings are already discounted, so online vouchers are not applicable in these situations. Please feel free to check out our group pamper sessions.
I've never had a Spray Tan before. How do I prepare for it and what do I wear?
Contact us before your tan and we will send you out an information sheet detailing all you need to do to ensure your tan is perfect.
When I am coming in for a treatment what should I wear?
We suggest you wear something loose and comfortable to your appointment. If you are having a pedicure we recommend you wear open toe shoes or thongs, and pants that are easy to roll up past the knees if need be.
What if I have allergies?
We are more than happy to accommodate each of our clients as much as possible. If you have an allergy, please feel free to call us on 40235538 and discuss this with us before you come in.
My skin is sensitive, is it suitable for waxing?
We have different types of wax and are always happy to do a small patch test to check if your skin will react to our wax products.
Do you supply food for parties and group bookings?
No. Unfortunately we do not have a food licence. However, for Hen's parties we do provide a bottle of Champagne and dip and biscuits.
You are more than welcome to bring your own party food and drinks. Please advise us so that we can provide tables etc.
If I buy a gift voucher for someone else and they don't want that treatment, can they change it?
If the voucher is purchased directly from us in store, via email, or over the phone, we are more than happy to exchange for any treatment of equal value. However, if the voucher is from a third party website, such as Cudo, we are unable to exchange the treatments.
Are your gift vouchers redeemable for cash?
What if I get a gift voucher for a dollar value and don't want to spend it all at once?
We will give you a credit for the remaining balance towards your next visit before the original voucher expiry date.
Do I need cash to pay for my treatment or do you take card payments?
We accept cash, Visa, American Express and Mastercard. For your convenience there is also an ATM situated a few doors up from our clinic. We do, from time to time have "cash only" specials. This is the only time card payments will not be accepted.
