Bookings are essential. 
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers to be used on full priced treatments only. (Not to be used on package deals)        

**  Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. ** 


** Cancellations.
 

Please note that all cancellations must be notified at least 24 Hours before your appointment time.     

 Appointments not attended and not notified  within the specified time must be paid in full, or future appointments made may require payment in advance.                                               

                                                         

Pamper Parties

Bookings are essential. 

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers cannot be used to book pamper parties.

   

**  Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. **

**Cancellations.

Please note that for group bookings cancellations must be notified at least 7 days before your appointment time to receive a full refund of your deposit paid.

We understand that some things are unavoidable and can come up at the last minute, however, if a cancellation is made within the 7 days prior to your booking, the 25% deposit will not be refunded.    

Appointments not attended and not notified  within the specified time must be paid in full, or future appointments made may require payment in advance.        
 

25% deposit to be paid on booking and balance due 7 days before the booking date. 


Mini Me Parties

 

Bookings are essential. 

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers cannot be used to book pamper parties.

   

Parties held at our clinic are for a maximum of 10 including the birthday girl. 

 

Food not included in cost and must be supplied by the organiser.       

 

Rubbish to be removed by organiser.                                                 

 

Private use of our clinic is for a maximum of 3 hours.

If you would prefer the mini me pamper party be held at a location chosen by you please let us know in advance as travel costs may apply to some areas.
