In House Etiquette.

We are committed to providing the best possible service for all clients, and as such, we request that all clients consider the below points in our Etiquette guide. Following these helpful tips will enable us to provide an optimum service for each and every client and add that extra touch of relaxation and pampering to your day-to-day lives.

Appointment time.

We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow adequate time for a consultation prior to your treatment if necessary and will also allow you enough time to fill in your client consultation form (if required) and get ready for your treatment so we can begin on time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may deem it necessary to reschedule your appointment as this will impact the time available for subsequent appointments. This may also incur a fee of 50% of your treatment value.

If you are pressed for time, you are encouraged to notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstance.

Cancelling your appointment.

We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, and will only be accepted by phone or by visiting us at the clinic prior to your appointment.

If you have do not arrive at your appointed time, we may deem it necessary to charge a 50% cancellation fee.

If you are booked in for an online voucher (purchased through Cudo or another third party website) and you do not attend at your appointment time, your voucher will be redeemed and you will not be able to re-book if you have not given us a minimum of 24 hours notice of your cancellation. This is as per the Terms and Conditions as presented on your voucher.  These T&C's apply for Ouffer, Cudo, and Deals.

To avoid the spread of any illnesses, we ask that if you have been in contact with any contagious illnesses within 48 hours prior to your appointment that you please ring us to discuss this. Whilst all due care is taken to ensure our clinic is hygienically cleaned between clients and throughout each day, we still have to think about our clients and their health.

We reserve the right to refuse to perform a treatment if we feel that

Appointment Booking Methods.

If you have an online voucher and would like to make an appointment, please contact us by phone or email only. Online bookings are not accepted when booking in an online voucher. If you book in for a full priced treatment and have a voucher, you will be asked to pay the price of the treatment you have booked in for upon your arrival at our clinic.

Responsibility for Children and Personal Items.

For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children are accompanied by an adult at all times, and for safety reasons, do not play on the salon furniture.

Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times.

Payment Methods.

Payment for all services can be made by cash, Visa, American Express and MasterCard. For your convenience, there is an ATM located a few doors down from our clinic also.

Cheques are not accepted. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Client Attire.

When coming in for any treatment we suggest you wear loose and comfortable clothing.

If you are booked in for a spray tan, we will provide you with a disposable g-string, however, if you prefer to wear your own underwear or swimmers you are welcome to do this.

Clients who are booked in for waxing will also be provided with a disposable g-string if deemed necessary.

When you are coming in for a pedicure, we suggest wearing a pair of open toe shoes or thongs and pants that can be rolled up past the knees if need be.

During massages you will be covered appropriately for your privacy.

Mobile Phones.

We ask that all mobile phones are either turned off or placed on silent (without vibration) whilst at our clinic. This will ensure that all clients can relax and enjoy their treatment.
